The implementation of internal controls is important to all organisations of all sizes. They are the rules and policies of an organisation which ensure that all employees are working in a uniform way as established by the management. Internal controls cover all areas of an organisation including:-

Ø      Budgetary controls

Ø      Organisational structure and segregation of duties
